Let me introduce you to my nephew Filomeno vom Donauvillino, or simply Filo, born on June 25, 2024 in Uttenweiler– a true Coton de Tuléar from the second litter of my dear sister Zelenia vom Donauvillino, who we all affectionately call Leni.

As I’ve mentioned before, my sister sometimes goes on little adventures — and when the time comes, she has her puppies at Anni’s place. Anni is not only our breeder, but also a dear friend with a big heart for dogs. Our caregiver is always there too, helping with every birth — gently and calmly. That’s how our little Donauvillinos come safely and lovingly into the world.

It was at Anni’s that Filomeno first saw the light of day — a lively, clever little guy with a very special charm.

Filo is already quite the rascal, as you might guess. His owner, Violeta, can tell you stories — especially about the times when she finds her socks missing, left carelessly somewhere. Snap — Filo has claimed them as his personal treasure.

Whenever he visits us at the Moseldorfschloss, nothing stays the same: the house turns upside down, the garden becomes a racetrack, and the shaded garden under the cherry tree vibrates with his joy for life. And then this little scamp actually believes he can get away with anything with the charm of his mother — as if that were a free pass for chaos with style!

But behind all the mischief is a clever, happy young dog with great potential. At his first dog show, he was still in the baby class — and guess what? He earned V1, high praise from the judge, and even won a toy. A true heartbreaker with a bright future!

We’re already very excited to see where Filomeno’s journey will take him — one thing’s for sure: life will never be boring with him around. With a heart as big as his adventurous spirit, he’s sure to charm many more.
