a little travel story

Today I want to tell you a little travel story – a story about my daughter Amara, my sister Leni, and me. The three of us are inseparable, and of course, our favorite thing is to be on the road with our beloved owner. Whenever she gets the big motorhome ready, we know right away: a new adventure is about to begin!

As soon as we climb inside, Amara and I jump with excitement onto the soft cushions, while my sister Leni enjoys settling into a cozy spot by the window. Outside, the landscapes slowly drift by – green meadows, forests, small villages, and sometimes even tall mountains. The moment a window is opened, we sniff the air curiously, and every new destination feels like a little wonder.

When we arrive, it’s like a treasure hunt for us: Amara dashes happily across the meadows, Leni cheerfully trots behind her, and I keep a watchful eye on my little family – after all, it’s my job to look out for them. Our owner always laughs and calls: “Well, you three, off on another adventure already?”

The evenings in the motorhome are especially magical. That’s when we all sit close together – our owner sometimes reads a book or gazes up at the starry sky, and we snuggle contentedly by her side. Outside, you might only hear the chirping of crickets or the gentle murmur of a nearby stream. In those moments, we know: the most important thing isn’t where we travel – but that we are together.

And so, every drive, every stop, every little walk becomes a special experience. We love the many different places we get to visit – but our greatest joy is the closeness we share.
